FILMANDO A VANCOUVER / FILMING TO VANCOUVER

Sigo vivo y sigo feliz. Amo contar historias.

"Am here that they all form only one village
and they they all speak the same language,
being this the beginning of his companies.
Nothing will prevent them from carrying out everything what is proposed.
Well, let's descend and there same let's confuse his language
so that some do not understand each other with others"

Babel´s Tower

This week we began the shooting of the documentary DARK ANGEL, a story about Ann Livingston and the organization called VANDU. The final project of first this one stage of the program of Film Production in Vancouver Film School. Hastings Street was our set, great characters were ours protagonists and the experience of working with a new group of friends was the best thing.

Our production team is a kind of Babel´s Tower, french, english, chinese, korean and spanish, there are the languages that could be listened during our shooting, we are five students, of five cultures, with five languages and with five desires.

I learned of Olvia Alfonso (Switzerland) to trust in the one who looks, his eyes were ours to capture the images of our story, when to be created a documentary, the moment is what more it imports, nothing happens again, everything is ephemeral. A march, a trip for alleys, the nights capturing the life of the vagabonds who flood Hastings Streets and the formal interviews to our subjects, I know by intuition that we will work together for many years, many things for learns the one who is my friend since 8 weeks ago .

Remi Vincent (Quebec) is not in the photo, because exactly he is he who is capturing the moment, his work as illuminator in the project was what more I enjoyed, he belongs to these few persons that you know around the world that every day lives as if it was the last one, he is an artist, he is a crazy, he is the quebecua most entertaining when we speak english, he is my friend.

Leslie Chang (Hong Kong) is our chief, the producer of this project who began in time and he forms, in addition to being the person in charge of the adventure of capturing the audio of our documentary, sometimes it gave me the opportunity to do the boom, in others I was left, jajajaja. With the step of the days I was discovering in her the professional one, also, he knows the best places to eat.

Here conlcuye our first term in the school, a week of spring break is wait for us. I am still alive and am still happy. I love to count stories.

COLOMBIA

Barranquilla, Colombia.
